I came to Dr. Waugh after transferring from another dental office where my braces treatment had not gone well, and I am so grateful I found him. From the very beginning, Dr. Waugh was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and someone I truly trusted with my smile. He and his entire team made every appointment such a positive experience. The level of care, attention to detail, and professionalism was exceptional, and the final result exceeded my expectations. My smile is absolutely beautiful and everything about my treatment was flawless. I actually teared up the day my braces came off because I was so happy with my results and genuinely sad that I would no longer get to see Dr. Waugh and his team regularly. My daughter recently had her braces consultation, and we had an amazing experience! The team was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional from start to finish. They used advanced 3D scanning technology to create a detailed image of her teeth, palate, and mouth, which made it so much easier to understand everything. They took the time to thoroughly explain her treatment needs, discuss all available options, and answer every question we had. What stood out most was how thoughtful and patient they were with my teen. They made her feel comfortable, relaxed, and involved throughout the entire process. The staff truly went above and beyond to make what could have been an overwhelming experience feel easy and stress-free. We absolutely loved our experience and highly recommend them to anyone considering orthodontic treatment!

Dr. Waugh and the entire team at Smile Doctors in Athens are professional, caring, and truly dedicated to their patients. The level of care my children have received has been exceptional from the very beginning. My oldest son had a unique orthodontic issue, and after consulting with other orthodontists in the area, Dr. Waugh’s treatment plan was the one that made the most sense. Other offices recommended approaches that seemed less natural and didn’t appear to provide the best long-term solution. Dr. Waugh focused on treating the underlying issue, and the results have been incredible. My son’s teeth look amazing, and he is so proud of his smile. My middle son is about to have his braces removed, and his treatment has progressed quickly and successfully. My youngest will be starting treatment soon, and we have complete confidence in Dr. Waugh and his team. Another thing I appreciate is their pricing. The cost is reasonable compared to other orthodontists in town, and it covers the entire treatment, which makes planning much easier. The staff is always friendly, knowledgeable, and welcoming. Many of them have been there for years, which speaks volumes about the positive environme

My great experience started with the appointment phone call. It was very easy to book and also reschedule when I wanted to move my appointment closer. They were very open to me seeing if Smile Express was an option. They have 2 locations but they are equal distance from me so it gives more options. The practice is very nice and staff is friendly. I worked with Jordan to get my pictures and X-rays and it was a smooth process. The Dr was quick to come in for my consultation but explained everything and how it will plan out without rushing. I did end up booking my trays for $99 down as promised. The $99 a month is true if you do not get the lifetime retainers. It bumped up my monthly to $119 which for lifetime retainers isn’t bad. 0% interest which is awesome. I was given the choice to book another office visit when my retainers come in just so I can ask questions if needed instead of getting them at home by myself and I thought that was a nice thought as I’m a visual and tactile person. I can’t wait to get my trays and start this process with such a caring office that shares my excitement!
